We performed a comprehensive overhaul of the pipe-handling crane on an offshore vessel. The work began with the dismantling of the equipment on the ship and its transport to the workshop, where the crane was completely disassembled into its component parts.<\/p>\n

The scope of mechanical work included the complete replacement of worn components: pins, bolts, actuators, bearings, gearboxes, motors, seals, and hydraulic hoses. <\/p>\n

In addition to the mechanical work, we performed sandblasting and applied an anti-corrosion coating to the structure. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n
