Mobile Machining
NIKOR® MACHINING was established in response to the industry’s growing demand for fast, precise, and comprehensive mobile machining. NIKOR has been actively operating in the industrial sector for over 30 years, with its roots in the shipbuilding market, which is demanding in terms of both time and precision. Our team consists of qualified specialists with both extensive technical knowledge and experience. This enables us to meet the needs of customers from various sectors by offering comprehensive support and service.
Line BORING
We bore and center holes for pins, bearings, and joints. We provide these services for ships, construction machinery, and steel structures. We have both hydraulic and electric drives, which allows us to be flexible in meeting customer requirements regarding time and access to the hole being machined.

▪ Working range: Ø 50 mm – 800 mm
Mobile FACE MILLING
We use boring machines and milling machines to machine flanges, rebates, sockets, foundations, etc.
▪ Accuracy: 0.1 mm
▪ Working range: Ø 50 mm – 3,500 mm
Mobile Drilling
We drill precision holes using magnetic drills and boring machines for pins, set screws, dowels, and other fasteners.
▪ Accuracy class H7/H8
▪ Working range up to: Ø 45 mm
Mobile CNC MILLING
We mill, plane surfaces, and drill holes.
Thanks to CNC control, mobile machining is even faster and more accurate. Using a single machine and a single setup, we are able to perform all operations, significantly reducing processing time while maintaining the highest precision.
HOLES ALLIGMENT
Using laser measurement technology and mobile machining, we drill holes at any distance.
LASER METROLOGY
We use a Lasertracker to measure steel structures, machines, shafts, holes, foundations, and surfaces with the highest precision. We provide flexible services tailored to the customer’s location, including work on ships, drilling platforms, structures, onshore machinery, and industrial facilities.
