Dry Dock Gate
During the dry dock refurbishment, we carried out the disassembly of the gate, replacement of seals, and replacement of valves.
Diver Base
To adapt a deep-sea, two-masted yacht for use as a diver base, we constructed and installed a new aft platform for the vessel.
KOMMANDOR CALUM
We participated in the conversion of a cable-laying vessel into a hydrographic vessel. Our tasks included:
– Rebuilding the bow
– Constructing a moonpool for the bathyscaphe
– Modifying the wheelhouse
– Removing foundations and cable winches
– Constructing a new foundation and installing a deck winch
HAVLA PHOENIX
To extend the Havla Phoenix vessel, we cut the vessel in two. We then prepared and installed a pre-fabricated cylindrical insert into the hull.
SCRABBER
On a series of twin Finnish vessels, we installed scrubbers. The repairs began with the fabrication and installation of the foundations on the vessel. We then transported and installed the pre-fabricated scrubbers. In the final stage, we modified the existing chimney to adapt it to the new structure.
Replacement of Wire Rope Wheels on Crane
Using a self-propelled crane and one of the tallest cherry pickers in Poland, we replaced the top wire rope wheels on the port crane in Gdynia.
JORVIK – Hold Bottom Repair
The vessel Jorvik was brought to the shipyard after grounding. Our repair involved the prefabrication of the central part of the hold bottom, both internal and external, and its installation into the hull.
Main Gearbox Repair on Liebherr 550 Crane
We carried out a major repair on the only Liebherr 550 crane in Poland. To obtain the TDT certificate, a comprehensive overhaul of the main gearbox was required. After disassembling and inspecting the gearbox at our service facility, we replaced the gears, bearings, seals, and performed adjustments. Additionally, we conducted an inspection and replaced the seals on four high-pressure oil pumps.
Installation of Cranes, Conveyors, and Hoists
On the Venture vessel belonging to SMT Shipping, we installed cranes, hoists, and conveyors.
CONSTRUCTION OF A SET OF DUMP BOX CONTAINERS
Our company designs and manufactures sets of self-unloading containers – DUMP BOX.
These sets improve the process of bulk cargo handling and are tailored to the needs and infrastructure of the customer.
