We offer solutions from the Norwegian company Bondura®, which designs and manufactures pins according to customer specifications, based on their patented technology, approved by DNV GL for over 30 years.
The operating principle of Bondura® pins is ingenious and simple.
By clamping conical sleeves, they expand on the tapered pin, creating a durable and precisely fitted connection. Types of Bondura® Solutions
Type 2.0
– pins for tower cranes
– Pins for tower cranes
– Designed to be pre-assembled with one tool
– Consists of one one conical sleeve integrated with a nut and a tapered pin
– The installer inserts the pre-assembled pin and secures it by tightening only one bolt
– For removal, just loosen the nut, which pulls the sleeve out and loosens the pin, eliminating the need for time-consuming and dangerous pin punching
Type 3.3
– Used when minimizing installation or removal time is crucial
– Single nut integrated with the sleeve allows quick assembly and disassembly with one tool
Type 4.0 & 6.0
– Used for perfect centering of holes in two adjacent elements
– All elements are installed and tightened from one side
Type 6.1
Bondura® Type 6.1 is the ideal solution when one of the mounting holes is not accessible or is a blind hole. Thanks to the central axle that presses the tapered bushing on the other side, all mounting and bolting is done from one side.
Type 6.2
Combination of solutions 6.6 and 3.3 Used when access to one of the mounting holes is limited The entire assembly can be done from one side, with the other side only requiring space for tightening the nut integrated with the bushing

VIBRALOCK locking nut
VIBRALOCK® is an innovative locking nut system that eliminates the need for costly and time-consuming structural bolt tightening inspection
Working principle:
VIBRALOCK® technology is based on the use of two nuts with different diameters and thread pitch. The contact pressure between the two nuts and the difference in thread pitch prevent the nuts from unscrewing.
