We reconditioned the mooring winch shaft by welding on shims and machining it

The fan shaft was damaged during the voyage. We performed a comprehensive repair while the ship was being unloaded.

While the ship was docked at the port, we repaired the mechanism for lifting the hold hatches and inspected the actuators.

We performed a comprehensive overhaul of the pipe-handling crane on an offshore unit, including a complete refurbishment of the mechanical components, replacement of hydraulic components, and application of anti-corrosion protection to the structure.

We inspected and repaired three actuators on the boom of a Volvo excavator.

We manufactured brake drums with a diameter of 50 cm according to the provided design, including the processes of welding, machining, and precision balancing of the finished components.

We repaired the hinges on a low-bed trailer by fabricating and installing new components, including alignment adjustments, and using hinges with replaceable bushings to facilitate future maintenance.

While the tanker was at anchor, we replaced the bearings in the anchor winch, restoring its efficient and safe operation without having to call at a port.

During the dry dock refurbishment, we carried out the disassembly of the gate, replacement of seals, and replacement of valves.

To adapt a deep-sea, two-masted yacht for use as a diver base, we constructed and installed a new aft platform for the vessel.

We participated in the conversion of a cable-laying vessel into a hydrographic vessel. Our tasks included:
– Rebuilding the bow
– Constructing a moonpool for the bathyscaphe
– Modifying the wheelhouse
– Removing foundations and cable winches
– Constructing a new foundation and installing a deck winch

To extend the Havla Phoenix vessel, we cut the vessel in two. We then prepared and installed a pre-fabricated cylindrical insert into the hull.

On a series of twin Finnish vessels, we installed scrubbers. The repairs began with the fabrication and installation of the foundations on the vessel. We then transported and installed the pre-fabricated scrubbers. In the final stage, we modified the existing chimney to adapt it to the new structure.

Using a self-propelled crane and one of the tallest cherry pickers in Poland, we replaced the top wire rope wheels on the port crane in Gdynia.

The vessel Jorvik was brought to the shipyard after grounding. Our repair involved the prefabrication of the central part of the hold bottom, both internal and external, and its installation into the hull.
